This sample also came in the little skincare pouch from L’Occitane. This one performed much better I have to say than the oil. The packaging again is amazing. The best packaging I have seen for sample sizes, or travel sizes. I am even considering saving the packaging to use it for traveling. The sample size was also plenty, 30ml truly gives you the chance to see if this is something you would like to try in a full size.
The product itself was really good. I do not think it is for everyone though. This is like a hydrating toner. Something similar to the Lancôme Tonique Doceur, but with no scent. It states in contains Karite, which would explain the comforting feeling. This is perfect for me, because often in winter after cleansing, my skin might feel tight at places. Now, not everyone might have this issue and if you are rather oily no matter what, then maybe this is not what you need. This retails at around 10 Euro cheaper than the Lancôme one, so I would consider it a serious contender if the Lancôme would not have the lovely scent it has. It is although, a good everyday one to use and to keep the Lancôme one to use from time to time.
Would I buy this product based on the sample? Yes! Very good if what you need is a hydrating toner.
